The SAI application sometimes disappear from my machine automatically. Suddenly the tool panels like brush disappears. I already registered SAI, but suddenly trial message has been displayed again. The SAI application suddenly become missing and I cannot run it. The error message 'SAI can not complete setup process because current user dose not have administrator right.' was shown and I cannot use SAI. I lost my software license number and my certificate download password.
